Terms and Coditions

Booking Agreement: A booking is concluded when we have provided you with written confirmation of your requested travel and room reservations.
Please read the information provided under “trip cancellation”, which is part of the reservation agreement.

Booking confirmation (digital or paper) from other websites such as booking.com must be brought on arrival or else we may refuse check in. We cannot answer or take responsibility for the booking cancelled by them for XYZ reason. We can only check in guests with booking confirmation.

Check in: Check-in is available on Tuesday to Sunday, from 3 pm to 10 pm and on Monday from 3 pm to 7 pm. Please take into consideration that your room may only be available from 3:00 p.m on the day of arrival. On Monday and public holidays check in only until 7 pm.

Check out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Any late check in/out will be charged at £10/hour weather prior notice is served or not. (£10 minimum charge will apply)

Parking: Parking spaces are available across the road from the hotel and there is hourly rate payment for that. It is a council run car park and have usually ample of parking space at reasonable parking charge.

Room Cancellation: Room cancellations are unpleasant for both parties. In the case of cancellation at short notice or if your room reservation is cut short (trip interruption), we will refund the paid amount after deduction of admin fee (£5) if 7 working day notice is served.
In other cases, we will charge you 100% of booking (accommodation) price.

Smoking ban Smoking is prohibited in the enclosed areas (hotel rooms and public areas of the hotel such as the reception

No pets: We kindly ask you to understand that, for hygienic reasons and out of consideration for subsequent hotel guests, no pets are allowed.

Means of payment: Payment by EC-card or cash. For small amount, it may incur some transaction charge.

Hotel room cards/Key lost: A non refundable admin fee of £5 will be charged for each lost card issued by hotel as a key.

Valuables in the room: Although the hotel is surrounded by CCTV camera, we will recommend you not to keep any valuable items in your room. It is your responsibility to look after your valuables and we recommend customers not to bring any cash worth value of £200 or any items worth value of £500.
We recommend you buy insurance for the valuables while you are travelling.

Damage to the property: The cost of repairing will be passed on to customers if they damage the property, fixtures and fittings of the property.
We reserve the full right to vacate the room for the anti social behaviour of the guest to protect our interest and the interest of the other guests. No refund of booking fee will be given in such cases.
